Table values show for all dates when filtered with year where blanks are replaced with zeros

kamalbandam , you have re-enforce the filter on this statement

 

calculate(If(ISBLANK(Measure),0,Measure),filter(Date,...)

 

As it creates a left join in such cases and give all values
