Table values and Filter propagation

Hi Everyone

 

Im trying to assist my mom with her assignments tracker for her students.

ive attached the PBI on this post. 

 

I have the relationship and the excel file where its connected below.

 

Basically i want to create a table where it shows the value assignments that the students have finished. but its giving me a weird result. ive created a simple countrows measure on the finished assignments table.

how fo i solve the problem so that it would only show the values that are finished with the total. the relationship of the user doesnt extend to the assigment list so how do i solve this issue.

      Ive tried this before and it worked i guess what im looking for is a different way to solve this issue without changing the relationship.

    hi Anonymous 

    For your case, you could just drag any fried from 'FInished Assignements' table into visual and set COUNT for it.

    By the way, you could double-click the field in visual fields to rename it.
