Table shows me only different data

Good morning

I present myself in the forum, my name is Eduardo and I am taking my first steps in Power BI, I think it is a spectacular tool.

I have a problem with a table in a report. This report contains two data sources related by one field, several to several. The fact is that when I filter through one of the fields of one of the sources, the table that would take data only from the second filtered source, shows me only the different data. That is, in a specific case I would have 12 records with the same value but it only shows me 1. If I give it to show count, the number 12 appears to me, and if I give it to sum it shows me the sum of the twelve values, but if I give it not to summarize, it shows only one record.

Could anyone help me understand what I do wrong?

Thank you very much in advance.

  • You want to avoid those types of relationships. Can you identify which table is a dimension table and which is a fact table?
