Table populated with rows is blank when published

I have a table with 12 columns, that is correctly populated with about 40 rows of data in Desktop while designing it, all data has been refreshed.

When I publish the report and access it via the shortcut link that all users have access to, the table shows no rows of data, either for me or the users with access to the report. Any other change I may have happened to make since last time will be visible via that link.

If I publish the report to "My Workspace" to test it, all rows of data appear correctly.

If I click on the link to the report that comes up with the "Success!" message when publishing, that link shows a version of the report that has all the table data. I've checked the URL and it's the same as when we use our normal link that doesn't have the table data.

I've ceared my PowerBI cache and also made sure that there are no unexpected filters in place.

Does anyonw know what might be causing this please?
