Table of Measures?

Hi,, pretty new to Power Bi. I need to create a table like the image below. Annotation 2024-04-16 111507.png

The rows are all columns in a table, the column headers are columns in another table. I've done the measures, eg, Basics G4+ PP, but can't work out how to get them into a table. Just need to know where to start! Thankyou
