Table - can I add a subtotal to a table, a second "group" of rows?

Hello

My current BI table looks like;

Can I add a subtotal like this table from Excel?

StuartPQY_2-1712749339702.png

I want to add a sort of total of the lowest level.

I am asking as there are 16 columns and so am hoping to add this to a table, and not create a new one.

I hope my ask makes sense.

Thank you

Stuart

Hello

Sorry, I should have excluded the column headings as ive confused my ask.

For now I have two row items,

lets say Region & Category.

What I would like to do is have these two, but in addition have Category  so we have

Is this possible in Power BI?

I know I can create two tables, but was hoping to try and combine them so they share the column headings.  Can I combine this
