Table blank, Card has value, both using same filters

gilmore_staci_1-1715115942859.pnggilmore_staci_2-1715115972473.png

going to pull my hair out!  I have a card that shows the total and then a table to show the cases from this total.  They are both using the same filters, in the same order.  I can see the number in the filter is the same as the card so why is my table blank???

@gilmore_staci sorry not clear from the image. Do you have page level filter that is applied to each visual on the page?

Maybe create another page with one KPI card, and a table with measures from this KPI card and whatever column you have on the rows, apply filters on the page, and see if this works. Just trying to simplify the problem to see what this going on.

@parry2k the only page level filter is the account.  The rest are per visual.  I created a new card on a different tab and it was getting the same results so i created a table with it and its working.   thank you for the suggestion.
