Table Visual Based on Highest Percentage

Hi,

I have data with applications and groups. A single application can be part of many groups and one group can have many applications. There are applications that are refused. Sample data and the desired output is attached here.

I want to show application data based on the highest refusal percentage, and only show the Group ID that had the highest percentage, as follows.

Application IDDateCountryGroup ID# Apps# Refused AppsPercent Refused
11/1/2021Canada244100%
21/1/2022Australia244100%
31/1/2023France244100%
41/1/2024Canada16350%
51/1/2025India16350%
61/1/2026USA16350%
71/1/2027USA48112%
81/1/2028Canada244100%
91/1/2029China244100%
101/1/2030China34125%
111/1/2031Spain48112%

Right now, there is a line for each Group ID the Application ID is a member of (e.g. 4 lines for Application ID #1)

Thank you.
