Table Top N Display (Duplicates)

Hi All

Got a couple of questions for something I'm trying to set up - but unfortunately hitting a bit of a wall as to whether it's possible.

Sample:

Table is of Category, Subcategory, Item, Ticket Count

Top N Filter Applied to Item (based on Ticket Count Value)

Desired Result:

Table is sorted by Top 10 Items, no other rows past the top 10 items should display.

Problem:

As shown in the image above; there are more than 10 rows. I suspect that these are as a result of the same item being present with a different Category or Subcategory; however I need to have all 3 listed in the table for the purposes of the report I'm making.

Is there some kind of measure that I can set up to rank these (which will update on the weekly basis that this report is required for) to filter out any additional rows past the top 10?

Thanks in advance!

Andy
