Table Relationships not working.

Afternoon all, I am having a headache creating relations for these tables and would appreciate any help pleae.

Years needs to be for all tables.

SPC and SPCC is needed for SPCC_Gp1 and Gp2 and I also need joins from SPCC_Gp1 to Scotland_Gp1 and same for Gp2 to Gp2 to allow the Age Groups to be linked (for graphs).

Jus when I think I have cracked it the last join fails. Any guidance greatly appreciated.
