Table / Matrix with both static and updating values

Hello all,

I am wondering if there is some visual I am just not finding that accomplishes what I am trying to do in the image below.

My top and left hand column are static text boxes, and the boxes with numbers are Card visuals. 

If you look close enough, you can see that the edges don't line up well even though I took the time to align the Size and Position properties down to the pixel. If I zoom way in and try to fix/adjust the spacing to make it look good, then I zoom out and it's off again.

Is there not some visual available that lets you input static as well as 'card' items in one? Trying to get these align is becoming maddenning...
