Table Matrix sorting not working

So I have this table matrix, and I'm trying to sort the agency from A-Z, which should result to BSMI as first value, I also checked the more option [attached below]    Please help

    Try putting the URL link field after the agency field.

Hi mrlnbcln ,

 

Sorting in matrix happens within a hierarchy.  In your case, each item in Agency is being sorted within its own Model and URL group.
