Table Matrix sorting not working

So I have this table matrix, and I'm trying to sort the agency from A-Z, which should result to BSMI as first value, I also checked the more option [attached below] 

 

Please help

    Try putting the URL link field after the agency field.

        danextian explains it well.  The sorting happens down through the hieararcy based on the order of the fields in the matrix so your Agency were being sorted by the URL.

    Hi mrlnbcln ,

     

    Sorting in matrix happens within a hierarchy.  In your case, each item in Agency is being sorted within its own Model and URL group.
