Try to get that symbol from source file itself into Power BI.
If that doesn't work, you can always place an image of the symbol infront the column name.

You can insert a unicode character in the title of the column. Check out the below link.

Download the PBIX file mentioned in the above link. You will find various unicode characters in that file. You can just copy them and paste in the title.
I actually found a unicode similar to your requirement. Please find below the screenshot.

I think if press Alt+ Unicode , it should give that character
