I would like to create a table or graphic like the movie rating.
I know how to disply Top 5 using the TOP N and BUTTON N. but what if a store got the same rating. for example. Store A and Store B got 10% in the same season. They should be on the first as well. I only would like to show top 5 stores and displays icon on the left side. What dax function should i use for this situation?

On your dataset the top 5 includes the store A and B if you use the TOPN on the filter the repeated values all appear, I have made some changes and added a Z store with 15% so has you can see altough I have Top5 it shows me 6 because there are two stores with 10%
In this case your issue is that you don't want to present both stores?
You can also make a raking measure but has you can see stores with equal values get equal rankings:
