TODAY() function in Calculated Column

Hi all,   I got one question, if I'm using TODAY() function on calculated column DAX. It will take today date of DAX creation date or it will be based on the time of report view.   Thnak you.

    Anonymous , this will server date today, it will change every day/refresh
