TMSavePoint Hotfix Available?

Hi all,   Does anyone know if there is a hotfix available for the TMSavePoint issue?  I am using October 2025 but don't want to update to a later version just yet as something else ends up breaking...

As you have already reached out to Microsoft Support, we would appreciate it if you could share the associated Service Request (SR) number for our reference,  and if the case is still in progress, please allow the support team some additional time to resolve the issue.
