Hi,
I remember the TDS connector of Dataverse used for Direct Query was in preview last year. And then the feature was suddenly no more around last year September. I think the feature is added again afterwards. Is it safe and stabilise to use it now? or Will it be removed again like last year?
Thanks in advance!

Hi, @Nusarath_Jahan
Currently use CDS in direct query is the recommended feature. There may be updates to this feature later, but don't worry about it being suddenly banned. You can use it with confidence.

Hi, @Nusarath_Jahan
This new feature is still in preview and may still be subject to change in the future. But we're still excited for you to try this new feature.
Please refer to the following documents for details

Tabular Data Stream (TDS) Protocol endpoint for Common Data Service (CDS) | Microsoft Power Apps

Hi @v-zhangti ,
Thank you for your inputs.
My goal is to use CDS in direct query in a way which won't cause any trouble in future.
I found this link where it is mentioned that we can use CDS with Direct query and the feature has reached general availability dated december 10,2020.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/data-platform/view-entity-data-power-bi
If it is made for general availability I guess it is safer to proceed with the development without worrying about the feature being taken down. Can you Please verify it?
