T SQL to DAX conversion
It looks like you can use the LEN function and the SUBSTITUTE function to create your COUNTDeltas column.

You should be able to get a pretty direct transation from your T-SQL:
(LEN([Deltas]) - LEN(SUBSTITUTE([Deltas], '(-)', ''))) / LEN('(-)')Hi Anonymous，
