Synoptic panel map not appearing

Good morning,

I'm very new to BI, and am trying to map a visual of injury count for a dataset as shown by my synoptic map. 

However when I add 'local map' and select the SVG shown, nothing changes on the visual. The data in the column graph is all I need to show, not sure if I need to add something to it, but don't understand why the map image won't load.

Hi @Anonymous 

I can use Synoptic panel map visual without any problem. Did you add fields to Category and Measure on the visual? After adding corresponding fields, it will display the map. Otherwise it displays blank.  

In addition, it is crucial to have the same names for areas and in data tables.
