Synoptic panel does not display my data

Hello all,

I download synoptic panel/ latest version/ and try to display my data, but what I see is a just blank space. There is no information. There is no message select map, there is nothing.

Could anybody help me with that?

@Lilia Many visuals won't produce results unless you add a "value" field. Can you screenshot what you have in the fields list? I assume you set up the visual as you want it, and this is in Power BI that you are seeing this behavior?
