Synoptic Map not showing all groups

Hi all

I'm using synopic in power bi.

I used synoptic designer to group regions:

When I export to power bi says 

In power bi not all cod are show in map, neither regions . Says there are too many cod and regions to show.

Is there a limit to show?

Need to group all "municipios" from Sao Paulo in regions (different colors).

What I need:

Is that possible?
