Syncing slicers are working correctly on Desktop but i have issues on slicer synchronization on Cloud. Am i missing something?
Also tried, Clear Cache(Desktop), Clear Cache(Browser), Republish. Any ideas?

What kind of data source did you use in your report? Is this issue in all report or specific report?
Here I have a test by Chrome browser, it works well in my side.

Please update your desktop to the latest version and try again.

Tried reset to default, still nothing!
Do you have any ideas how to make the slicers synced on the cloud? Maybe i am missing something.

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
