Hello,
I am trying to sync up the category colors between the two charts. They both ingest data from the same table and attribute. The categories displayed would be filter-dependent. Is there a quick way to achieve this?
For example, I am trying to have the same colors for the categories in donut chart and gantt chart below:
By default, the colors do not appear synced. I can try to hard set the colors in both the charts but then the categories are dynamic and filter-dependent. I do not have control over any new sentiment categories that pop up in future data. I also need to follow a specified business-defined color template thats already applied to this dashboard.
Please help. Thank you.
Hi @priteshb ,
Unfortunately, by design, neither the Donut Chart nor the Gantt Chart support conditional formatting of colors, so you'll have to adjust them manually.
You can submit an idea for it at Home (microsoft.com) and wait for users with the same needs as you to vote for you to help make it happen as soon as possible.
Best Regards,
Neeko Tang
