I tried everything possible to find the solution.
I hope you have an idea.

I want if there is between 0.01% to 7.00% there is a yellow arrow slanting up.
Below 0.00% red arrow down.
Green arrow up from 7.5%.

You can't really mix numbers and percentages.  Yeah, weird.
