Hi Anonymous,
Currentyly, We can drill down to reveal additional details when a uisual has a hierarchy. Please refer to the link below to see the details. If you want a customizable drill down feature, I am afraid there is such a workaournd to achieve it.
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-drill-down-in-a-visualization/We can use hyperlink in a table visual. Hyperlinks in tables and matrixes can be created in Power BI Desktop, but not from Power BI Service. And we cannot customize a "CLICK HERE" button currently.
