Switch between Light and Dark theme in Embedded Reports dynamically

We have embedded a Report in a Angular application. There is a Use case where the Report's theme needs to be changed based on the user preference.

Eg: If the user preference is Dark theme then the reports should be rendered in Dark theme and if the user preference is Light theme then the reports should be rendered in Light theme inside the application.

How can we achieve this in Power BI Reports?
