Switch Y-Axis on Line and Clustered column chart

Hi, 

I will like to switch the two Y-axis on the line and clustered column chart as shown in illustration.

Now the bar value is shown on the left side and the line value is shown in the right side. 

I would like to change the line values on y-axis (secondary y-axis) to the left side. 

Is that possible and if so how can i do it?
