I think your data in [EE Compa-Ratio] column should in range of >=0.885 and <0.895.
Please try code as below to create a calculated column.
Column =
SWITCH ( TRUE (), [EE Compa-Ratio] >= 0.885 && [EE Compa-Ratio] < 0.895, 2, 10 )
