used the below code for R Visual; i think the package swimplot is not supported. 

 

# dataset <- data.frame(ID, Events, time, MonthslastContact, Event_Date, CT)
# dataset <- unique(dataset)

# Paste or type your script code here:
library(swimplot)
library(ggplot2)
plot <- swimmer_plot(df=dataset,id='ID',end='MonthslastContact',col='black',fill='grey')


plot+ swimmer_points(df=dataset,id='ID',name_shape = 'Events',size=8)
