Swap Columns in a Table

I can easily choose which columns go on this table when I build a report by dragging a new value to the values box. It currently has a column for departments. I can also remove that column and replace it with categories, so that I show TY_COMP by category. How do I structure my visualization so that the end user can easily do this after I publish the dashboard to the Power BI service?
