Swap Col Headers in Matrix

Hi all

Pretty sure I know the answer to this but - is there a way to make this (Latest 13/26 are more like attributes; the ones below are measures):

Look like this - Measures above Attribute:

I've tried and I think it's just something I can't replicate...

@JillHenninger , As of now you can not move the measure above column
