We have SurveyMonkey enterprise, and regularly use these surveys for ongoing and special purpose customer feedback for multiple customer segments. I am also regularly using unpivot for the "choose all that apply" data. For some data, this is the only way I transform it. For other data, such as race/ethnicity, I use multiple functions and groupings in order to visualize this data from multiple perspectives.
