We have a number of Dashboards that we publish to the Power BI service. These dashboards work well when using Power BI online or with the Power BI Desktop app. However, when we sign into our Surface Hub, which uses the Power BI app, we cannot interact with most of our visuals. The visuals work fine if we access them directly from the imbedded reports, but not from the Dashboards. I am able to recreate this issue by using the Power BI app on my laptop. Can someone suggest how we resolve this issue?
I have made a test on my side but could not reproduce this issue. Have you updated power bi desktop to the latest version? The power bi desktop(windows app) should be June version as below:

Both the Power BI app and the Power BI Desktop app are downloaded from the Microsoft Store and automatically updated. As I've stated before, the Reports work fine, and the Dashboards work in a browser as well as on the iOS and Android apps. The Reports interact correctly in the Power BI app. We only have issues with the visuals in the Power BI app. The Dashboards worked previously, but stopped working back in May.
Yes, the Power BI app is the app from the Microsoft Store. This is the native app used by the Surface Hub.
Actually, we can see all of the visuals. However, we can’t interact with them. We can use filters and slicers in our Dashboards, but when you click on a visual to select, nothing happens. The dashboards work fine in a browser and on cell phones. But not in the Power BI app. I’ve been able to reproduce the issue on my desktop the same as the Surface Hub.
So the issue is you couldn't see visuals in dashboard but you can see them in report, right? Is there any error message when you can't see the visual in surface hub?
