Sunburst Visulization showing values repeated

I see repeated values of a sunburst visualization under Format->Group while I have only one distint value. 

In below case, I have one distinct XML in the data but as you see, both sunburst and group shows XML repeated in two colors.

The XMLs belong to different groups.
