Sumx / If Statement not calculating for one criteria

Hi, 

I have this measure called 'Calculation in Question'. I have applied a SumX to it so that the totals appear correct in the table. However, I cannot get the building 'sub-acute' to calculate. It is the only one where it is not calculating properly.

I have tried everything, if anyone has any ideas, that would be a huge help! Please note, the total for the whole table should be 7997 and Sub-Acute should be 2074 not 1884 and slab 1478 not 1298.
