I want to be able to have each month summed up like June Total days : 9
The setup I have is this

You can create a measure using dax as below:
Result =
CALCULATE (
SUM ( Table[TimeCompletedDays] ),
ALLEXCEPT ( Table, Table[RecordDate].[Month] )
)
