Summing Totals Help

Hi,

So I can't seem to get the logic behind getting these summed totals correct.

I have an if calculation that returns the Unit shortfall, but need the totals to be correct.

I tried creating this measure and DAX to ge the correct Totals, but it seems it did the calculation to every row in my table. Where should I put another filter on to make sure it only grabs the releveant coloumns for my totals?
