Summary Visual Linked to a Table

So I have a relatively simple tool that I would like to improve the UI a bit. The issue is that I have data summarized in a table. This table is very wide and I can't really change that. What I would like to do is pair it with a visual that would summarize a single (selected) row of the table when you click on that line. Essentially this visual would generate a one-page report where you can see all the information about that row without scrolling side to side. Is there such a visual?
