Summary Table

This is how my base table data looks like I needed to add an additonal column "Status" here which worked on a if statement. If (Pass=Total, 'Passed", "failed") and was successful in doing that...

Thanks for the reply. When I do that I still get the sum, but I am looking for the Count (which is the selection).

I assume it is because of the way I am caluckating status. This is what I get

    naveenvs - Did you check the aggregation on the column in your Values area (drop down arrow) and make sure it is set to Count. Or is this a measure?
