Summarizing hierarchy in matrix

Hi, I have maken a simple report which summarize sales data by department.

I can't find best way to show as below in Power BI. Could you pls let me know the solution?

      I want to add multipul measure in value of this table result.

        This is a matrix visual where you can drag in multiple fields and metrics into the values.
