Summarizing Vendors Data from earliest to latest prices

Hello,

I'm wondering if someone can help me create a new table by summarizing the earliest price to the latest price. For example part 01247982. We want a table where it would show us a percent change from the 27.39 price to the 32 final price. We have a large list of vendors and we want to calculate YTD %'s instead of doing them individually. Please let me know if you have questions.
