Summarized data export value from power bi do not match with the visualization

According to your description, when you export a matrix with drilled down rows and column,  the total is mismatched with the exported data.

You can try to check :

If the visual has filters applied, then the data you export will also be filtered. If your visual has aggregates (sum, average, and so on), the export will also be aggregated.

Secondly, you can also try to expand your Matrix to see if the sum of a certain sub-level is equal to the sum of your parent level? You can try to use Power BI to connect your exported Excel to check what value is causing the inconsistency?
