Summarized 3rd table - please, anyone can help me with this?

Hello,    I have these 2 related tables based on Placement Code and I need to derive from them a 3rd table in DAX that is basically a combination of all the matching values from both tables, summed...

andra2 , if they are already joined then simply use sum(Table2[Value]) measure along with other required columns in a table visual

Unfortunately, I do not want to display this in a visual, I need this for future modelling, so I need this a separate table
