Sum of FTE and filter by year

Hi need some help please - I have a dashboard 

I want to select the year, Directorate etc and it will show me number of employees for that selection and FTE for that selection - I can show headcount fine but FTE figures are not filtering by selected year so how do I do a sum of FTE and then filter it by year slicer  - many thanks

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
