Sum depends on filter in other column with district vale

Hi Team I want to sum of T2 column with disict T1 column and filter of t4 as fail

My data have repated item

You need to exclude repeated item in T1, for an eg s2 is repating 2 times but i want one time.

@manikumar34  and I  given you correct answers but I think you didnt check the screen shot we've shared with you. In screen short there is distinct values of T1. 
I dont know what issue you are facing. 

Please share the screenshot after taking measures. so we can guide you.

No I am getting sum as 21 which is wrong, I will wait for other members for soulution, I think you guys are missing distict calculation.

You have S2 repeated twice with failed status, thus it results in 21. 

Measure =
CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[T2]),'Table'[t4]="Fail")

It will be distinct when you display it on the visual. You can either use measure or use Visual filter to achieve the same.
