Here's an example of my problem.
I have a table that look like this:
I would like to sum column 2 when I'm removing duplicates in column 1.
So the final result will be this:

Just use the Group By feature in Power Query with Sum as operation

summarize(Table, Table[column1], "Column2",sum(Table[Column2]))
or use measure sum(Table[Column2]) in visual with column1
