Selected Date range March month and expected "Total Prod Val" value 2 NOT 5.

Total Prod Val = CALCULATE([Prod_Val],ALLEXCEPT('UID','UID'[UID]))

@Anonymous , while allexcept should have worked, try one of the two

Total Prod Val = CALCULATE([Prod_Val],filter(ALL('UID'),'UID'[UID] =max('UID'[UID])))

Total Prod Val = CALCULATE([Prod_Val],filter(allselected('UID'),'UID'[UID] =max('UID'[UID])))
