Sum Individual Fields From Concatenation

Hi, 

I am reporting against service desk tickets which often have multiple tags against them and wish to summarise these in various bar charts.

The data comes from the system seperated with semi colons and sometimes a row will have 1 value and othertimes up to 5 different values.

I need to be able to sum each seperate value and then present this in a bar graph however I can only seem to get the concatenated summaries and not individual values within the field;

For example I would like to see a total number of 'Change' and then a total for 'FTC Other' etc.

I have tried delimiting the data before hand and uploading it in multiple columns but I still can't seem to get simple totals for each tags occurance.

Can someone please help?

You should create New Measure to calculate the total then use it on the graph.
