Suggestions with Copilot under Quick Measure is missing

In my tests, using copilot with the Quick Measure feature displays it correctly, and I can't reproduce your scene at the moment:

This is the version information for my Power BI Desktop, you can click Help - About to see if it is the latest version:

Is your Power BI Desktop the latest version, if not, you can update to the latest version.
